Absolutely thrilled to write on these guys at Pergola Design, they have really done an exceptional job & created a magic on my empty terrace now. Starting with the initial visit, till the project complete they kept me updated on the works happening. I have asked for entire make-over of my terrace & they have done a clean & neat job Very prompt team they will come do their job, clean the place and leave.

I usually don’t post reviews, but I am absolutely convinced that I need to do this for Pergola Design. Coz good work needs to be recognized and they need to be read so that people know what they are getting into. I had read a lot of good reviews about Pergola Design and decided to give it a shot and all I can say is- it proved to be the BEST DECISION EVER!

We recently got our balcony designed from ‘Pergola Design’ team and we are extremely happy with outcome and the execution process. We were exploring various options when we decided to setup the balcony. We were convinced with ‘Pergola Design’ team after we met Vijay. He took personal interest in the project and got it executed without any hassle. He was always one message away for any queries.

I reached out to the Pergola Design team for a balcony makeover as a gift for my husband’s birthday. They did an amazing job and I am very happy with the outcome. I opted for an artificial vertical garden n repotting of my plants. Mr. Viswanath was very polite and accommodating interns of my tight schedule as well as budget n gave me great ideas keeping my small balcony space in mind.

We came across them on the Internet and did a cold call. Mr. Vishwanath was our account manager. He and his colleague Vijay responded well to our questions, came over to our place, did an assessment, and then sent the quote. Because we were very particular about some aspects, we went back and forth a bit, did a final negotiation, and finalized.

Pergola Design delivered excellent service. They understood what we wanted and did what they promised, on time. Their staff is very knowledgeable and capable, especially Harish who managed our project. He is super-efficient and coordinated everything from start to finish without any issues. We took the services of Pergola Design for our rooftop pergola, waterproofing of terrace and tiles work. The team was very professional with site visit, explaining the work in steps and also sharing quotation upfront.
