We liked the pots and plant quality and we love spending time in our new balcony setup. After we were happy with setting up the balcony, we went with them for setting up drip irrigation for our pots. Even this process was very simple and was executed by a set of skilled persons to perfection. We recommend ‘Pergola Design’ for anybody who want to setup a balcony garden.

It had to be done within a particular timeframe between our travels. They were absolutely on time, had a supervisor (Mr. Sachin) who oversaw everything. Sachin himself has a horticulture degree and brought along a senior lawn/garden specialist and then few workers. They were professional from day one, ensuring all materials came, replaced any broken ones, kept track of every work (through 100’s of photos they take as materials are unloaded, daily work progress, etc). Very rigorous. Sachin was a wonderful person, extremely patient to our demands, ready to adjust and make any changes as needed. Even the crew were well trained, well behaved (no spitting around etc), and focused on completing work. Vishwanath (our account manager) would, from time to time, check-in and ensure everything is ok and we are absolutely happy about the work and progress. There was also daily independent check-in call from their office and keeps us updated on progress. Cost wise, I think they may be a bit on the higher side (that’s what we felt, maybe wrong), but, given the overall professional package, it was easy for us to get initial garden setup through them and later we can add plants etc directly by ourselves. They have lots of choices on various landscaping and gardening materials, plants, and tools. They could surely improve on the detailed design before work starts. Once the advance is paid, I expected them to do detailed drawing and item placement. But, they did not have that other than a high level drawing. This meant we had to get involved a lot as they work to provide final exact placements, etc. In between meetings, I or my wife had to keep answering or directing. But, this is only for design elements, not actual work which they will do without any of us needing there. Overall, very happy with their professional, courteous, hard-working team. Surely recommend their service without hesitation!

During installation also, the fabrication team, painting team and civil work team co-ordinated very well to provide the best output possible. The pergola came out very well exceeding the expectations we had and colour combinations gave a nice aesthetic feel to our terrace. Special thanks to Nasir, Tanveer for excellent work. The tiles laying, water proofing was done professionally – from muddy work, packing of tiles, slope on terrace was all thoroughly taken care. Special thanks to Mr. Yohan.

There are many times I had to call Shivu for syncing plans with the builder, fabricators and so on. He was so willing to be a part of the plan and contribute in the best outcome of the project. We are still engaged with them for our regular maintenance. They do a very good work.
